  • Although our list of soft-skills development programs are credit-bearing and Unit Standard based, experience has shown that only 2% of learners submit Portfolio of Evidence after soft-skills development training.
  • That is why we save you the expense and follow a workshop approach. Learners do class exercises and receive a Certificate of Attendance after each workshop.
  • Should organizations prefer Outcomes Based Training (Portfolio of Evidence, Assessment, and Moderation), the same will be provided.
  • Learning material and hand-outs are of the highest quality.
  • Only Subject Matter Experts act as Facilitators in the different workshops.
